Located in South Vancouver, we are situated at the intersection of Cambie Street and Southwest Marine Drive — easily accessible to the surrounding communities in Vancouver and Richmond.

We are conveniently located within walking distance of the Marine Drive Canada Line station and its bus loop.

Parking

If you’re arriving by vehicle, free street parking is available along Lord Street. Please be aware of local parking restrictions.

For paid parking, a lot is available on parking level P1 of the complex. To access it, follow the signs along the building and enter the residential entrance via Lord Street. Parking is available in any stall marked for retail. An elevator will take you to the ground floor.
